I’m easy to work with so contact me and explain what is happening. We’ll come up with something we both can live with.
Dragging the design process on is the reason I now require all information up front before your project begins. I have a cash flow problem when clients drag their feet. Have mercy people.
Due to the preparation efforts, and work done, and being a digital property refunds will not be issued on work completed. Trying to be fair I will consider each request on an individual basis. If you go to work all month and the company fires you, you still expect to be paid for the work you did, right?
