All contact information will be treated as confidential. The only contact you will receive from me will be directly related to our common project. Personally I hate spam so I will protect your contact form information. I do not send unsolicited email.

Cancellation of project development

A request to cancel project must be made in writing to DWWS, use my contact page, and include the signature of the authoritative client. DWWS will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the cancellation request was made.

  • Per hour $35 charge. plus any related expenses incurred by Dukes, such as hosting, Theme charges, hosting charges, logos. development time, pictures, etc.

Pause in project development

A request to pause project development must be made in writing to Dukes and include the signature, or of the authoritative client. The delay will not exceed a period of 30 days. Unless other arrangements are made between both parties, Dukes will assume any delay requested by the client that exceeds the 30-day period a cancellation, and hence will charge for the number of hours accumulated in project development before the request to pause was made. I’m easy to work with so contact me and explain what is happening. We’ll come up with something we both can live with.

Dragging the design process on is the reason I now require all information up front before your project begins. I have a cash flow problem when clients drag their feet. Have mercy people.

Due to the preparation efforts, and work done, and being a digital property refunds will not be issued on work completed. Trying to be fair I will consider each request on an individual basis. If you go to work all month and the company fires you, you still expect to be paid for the work you did, right?
